Choosing to live Healthy and Happy!
I used to weight over 270 pounds! September 8, 2007 is the day I lost 100 pounds! I've kept that 100 pounds off plus a few more! It has been hard work! I rarely, rarely miss exercising! I reached my goal weight of 135 9 months later and am trying to get back there!
