Introduction Text Tracking food and exercise is the only way I have ever lost weight. I can do this. I am stronger than the food calling out to me. I want to eat only healthy food. Drink water before eating to allow time to choose healthy food.

1. Lose 8 pounds by Nov 22. 2. Participate in the Fall challenge. 3. 30 min of exercise daily.

1. Eat 4 fruit and 5 vegetable servings/day. 2. Eat at least 60 g of protein/day. 3. Eliminate sugar, white flour and white rice. 4. Workout at home with DVDs

I have 2 daughters 19 & 16 and a husband. We have 3 dogs and 2 cats. I enjoy walking the dogs in good weather.
