Hi, My name is Richard. I have been on sparkpeople for about 3 years now and really want to track the new lifestyle of how I have been going. Over the last 6 weeks I have really been after it and have lost a total of 24 lbs. I am really excited and really proud of how I am doing.

Everyone always says that there is no time like the present and I am a FIRM believer that this is true! It's time to get this done and to finally find a way to get my life back... This is for me and I welcome any assistance that people are willing to give!

I work out two to three times a day. Usually start my morning with a jog on the treadmill or a couple 10 minute trainer videos, after work I take classes at my local gym, and then at night before bed i usually spend 20-25 minutes on the wii!

I currently live in Saint Louis, MO
I have an incredible family and am very close with every member of my family including my siblings. It's definitely an incredible environment when we all get together!
