Metamorphosis: Sequence of progression from breakdown of existing structures to the development and emergence of new ones.

This term is representative of what I hope to use SparkPeople for.
I obviously can't change bodies, so I need to work with what I do have; to take what is existing and develop a stronger, healthier me.
Transformation and emergence from what is.......what a remarkable notion!

To get in the healthy weight range for my height (5'8) and skeletal frame (large frame according to bone measurements) which is 147-171 lbs.




My Program:
 Focusing on a holistic approach because better health isn't just about losing weight. Mind, body, spirit.
Vegan, whole foods plant based.
