- Lose 80 pounds - Increase my level of fitness Current (4/13 - lose 50 lbs in 6 mons. Goal 188 by 9-13-2011) This is my GOAL year.

Using Spark counting and Weight Watchers Meetings for accountability; "Couch to 5K" (C25K), swimming and Wii for fitness.
