I like to have friends who are in the same boat as I am...I see alot of folks who've already lost, or who are down a good amount of their goal...I like to see people who are starting out where I am, and seeing them make progress, helps us all know that we all can achieve our goals.

Thanks for the comment! I am new and really don't know anyone on the site yet. November is a rough time to start making changes because of the holidays, so don't be too hard on yourself. January is a great month to start making changes. Looked at your goals. Focus on 2,3, & 4 and 1&5 will follow. Personally...I can't stay away from fast food completely, so I'll make a goal like "Only eat fast food 1 day a week". It's more quantative and will allow me to feel some success when I am able to accomplish. Otherwise, I will always feel bad when I eat fast food and will quit, and this year quitting is NOT an option. God Bless!! 4393 days ago
