I went back to basics and Voila! the weight is finally moving again!
I buy Salmon Filets from Walmarts - I know it isn't the best salmon but you get 4 pieces frozen for $5 and each portion is 100 calories. It is "wild catch from China" so I know it isn't choice quality - but I do get fish-protein and it's only 100 calories! (even tuna is more than that) I eat 1 cup of mixed veggies (you remember them - the bag says mixed vegetables - $1 per pound) and it's very satisfying!
Some fruit for dessert and I find I don't get hungry after dinner. Munchie? Yes. Hungry? No.
