My Goals:
I will lose 14 to 15 pounds, and improve my overall fitness.

My Program:
 I get in some exercize daily. I love walking and biking. Usually I average an hour a day of wal,ingredients, or some exercize. Monitoring my intake, and chosing better foods are my challenges.

    Hi, thank you for commenting on my blog. The financial aspects of the wedding are a concern. Apparently my ex husband is talking about taking out a loan to increase his contribution. In practical terms that has no bearing on my life but it is simply wrong in my opinion. Worse though is the fact my daughter and future SIL seem to be being coerced into having a totally different wedding than what they actually wanted. An honest yet considerate talk [involving listening on all sides], is probably the best way to deal with things.
