Sorry it took me so long to respond to the comment you left on my blog! I just saw it now. I've been neglecting my Sparkpeople lately.
Ugh, I'm so sorry to hear you're also trying to recover from an injury. It's soooo easy to gain weight when we can't do our usual fitness routines. My ankle still isn't happy with me so unfortunately I haven't lost any weight since my blog post. I've cut out the extra junk, but sometimes a girl just wants to indulge a little. I'm still trying to keep my body moving without putting any strain on my ankle, but it hasn't been easy.
Still though, I'm determined to work on my strength and concentrate on taking care of my body. The number on the scale doesn't matter as much to me as how I feel inside. I hope you are doing well this weekend 82 days ago
