Hi, I'm Elizabeth and I've always had a problem with my weight. Elementary School and most of High School was very difficult for me. I was always being teased about my weight and really developed a negative body image (which didn't help keep my weight down).

In college I joined my parents in going on Weight Watchers and lost over 90 lbs. Though about 30-40 of those were not lost the most healthy way (due to large amounts of stress and time commitments). I changed roommates and when I lived with 7 guys I became one of them, including food habits. I got off my plan and before I knew it I had put back on 70 of the lbs I lost.

Flash forward to today. I am engaged to a wonderful and supportive man, who has always loved me for me. I'm tired of having a bad image of myself and want to get fit in time for the wedding.

I'm starting off at 230 with a goal of 155 by December 31st, 2010. I did it once, I know I can do it again!

My Goals:
I want to be healthy and make changes in my lifestyle that will stick!

No more yo-yoing or excuses.

I also want to be able to run a mile with my fiancee without having to stop or have him take it easy:)


My Program:
Currently I'm starting with small baby-steps.

I walk the dog a mile 7 days a week.

3 days I do cardio and 3 days I do strength training. 6 days I do ab exercises.



Personal Information:
I'm 5'7'' and 22 yrs old. I live in Greater Cincinnati area. I work as an Environmental Educator and Park Manager and love my job!
