Travel is Fatal to Prejudice, Bigotry and Narrow-mindedness Mark Twain


My husband and I love to travel. We have done quite a lot in Europe, China, Thailand and the Caribbean. We love to watch the travel shows on TV. You learn so much from traveling and it truly broadens your horizons. One thing I have learned is that people are people- all basically the same--all over the world!

Fitness Minutes: 87,289

My Goals:
I would like to take charge of my weight and get healthy. I hate to exercise, but at my age it becomes a necessity, not a choice unless I want to deal with the alternative.

My Program:
 I am staying within my calorie goals and eating healthier- working on more veggies. My downfall is not exercising. I am working on this, making slow progress.


Personal Information:
I live in a small town in northern Illinois. My husband and I have been married 51 years and have 2 sons. We have one grandson who is the joy of our life right now. We have a new rescue puppy named Luke.

I am a nurse on the brink of retirement. Just having a hard time making the big decision.

    Tomorrow morning I will have my small cut at the wrist and my Dr said it will be able to write with your RIGHT HAND.
    You might get back and it might to be better, I hope you will find where you are can find and I hope you are which is the better.

    I have not seen this page.
    I can use one finger because I have to have some time at the end of the month I will be able to have a small incision in my wrist and I hope I can use my right hand. I am right handed.
    There is someone keeps me to wants me off Sparks and I hope has been a long time and this and I have want to keep my wonderful friends, my Spark Friends. I am very slow and I am going to I want to talk to my very few because I cannot have people here and I can USE MY TELEPHONE so I will try the first you .I will look at my book and I would and find to try to CHAT.
