Travel is Fatal to Prejudice, Bigotry and Narrow-mindedness Mark Twain


My husband and I love to travel. We have done quite a lot in Europe, China, Thailand and the Caribbean. We love to watch the travel shows on TV. You learn so much from traveling and it truly broadens your horizons. One thing I have learned is that people are people- all basically the same--all over the world!

Fitness Minutes: 87,289

My Goals:
I would like to take charge of my weight and get healthy. I hate to exercise, but at my age it becomes a necessity, not a choice unless I want to deal with the alternative.

My Program:
 I am staying within my calorie goals and eating healthier- working on more veggies. My downfall is not exercising. I am working on this, making slow progress.


Personal Information:
I live in a small town in northern Illinois. My husband and I have been married 51 years and have 2 sons. We have one grandson who is the joy of our life right now. We have a new rescue puppy named Luke.

I am a nurse on the brink of retirement. Just having a hard time making the big decision.

    I am sorry you both had the flu. Now you can have a great weekend and have fun.
    I have been on my own making the Prudential and I am very having I took it for my Insurance.
    The man came for an hour and he was writing a lot and he went over 4 hours.
    I had all the papers from the hospital and I had from my Dr. It was icy and our back door to the garage three steps and that and Fred was my first thing.

    You have a great day with Darren (I think that his name) maybe you come to see MAINE I am not sick but Fred talks a lot and you know he was perfect HE TALKS .I do not very well but I hope I can get my talking when I type. ((((HUGS)) Pat in Maine WooHoo

    HELLO, I am the driver and sit about, I will sit in my car and I have use my computer. We are having nice but cold Blue skies and cold but sunny keeps it's good. Tomorrow we might give a big snow fall.

    Yesterday to make my Spark points so I did not do anything at all.
    I had to drive for 50 miles to go to a place where we go to winter with friends. It was dark and bright lights and we have seats in the middle of the front row so Fred can see the play. I am the driver all the time now. After making dinner Fred got a really painful back at the dinner table when he got up. He said the seats are ours but he put his big coat on his seat and the coat must of been there 2 hours and tomorrow if it will have to go to the Dr.
    We were not so cold - like minus 12 but yesterday it was- 30. Happily the roads were covered all white. That was good but the white lines are covered and I hoped I was in the middle of the road.
    My computer does not show the temperature. My other one did.
    I am trying to do apps and I do not find a search right now. I only did take a day out so I can no longer have 3000, I did nothing so I am starting again.
    I hope it is so awful we have not got cold since the ice storm about 20 years.
    I am trying to go to other places in Spark, I never venture far. ((((HUGS))) emoticon

    Hi there, I thought I was who was the first place in my people line of friends.

    I was wondering where is Effie and I was also people who asking for my password.

    Our Server and eventually they were checking and I did not why.
    After the man talking and I wanted to see who is in the your place. I went to there and I kept looking at her and I am certain is YOU. I keep looking because your photo was dark and I usually look right at that lady in the corner. Am I right? Is it really YOU, emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon
