Elisabeth's Chronicles of Weight Loss


I am a 33 year old mother to Emily (3 years old) and a wife to Jim. Struggled with my weight for the past 5 years and I'm sick of being overweight. I finally took the plunge on June 1, 2008 to get my life and body back into shape.

I am a 33 year old mother to Emily (3 years old) and a wife to Jim. Struggled with my weight for the past 5 years and I'm sick of being overweight. I finally took the plunge on June 1, 2008 to get my life and body back into shape.

Fitness Minutes: 90

My Goals:
To be slimmer, healthier and more active. I would like to reach my goal of 150 by April 22, 2009. I picked that date since that's the day I have to renew my driver's license. LOL

My Program:
 I jog 1.5-2.00 and do step aerobics/toning every Tuesdays and Thursdays at my church. Then the other days I work out with my Denise Austin DVDs. I have changed my eating habits to healthy.


Personal Information:
I currently reside in Wetumpka, AL. I work as a bookkeeper/payroll clerk for a CPA firm in Montgomery. Jim works as a meteorologist for the State of Alabama. We have been married for 4 years and 2 months. We have a daughter, Emily, who is 3.
