I'm working on healthy weight loss, hoping to lose at least one pound a week. My plan for this is to record all my food intake. My calorie count will be between 1200 to 1400. I will drink at least 8 glasses of water daily. I will exercise every day for at least 10 minutes. I will be held accountable to myself. I will be honest with myself. Now that I have written this, I am motivated to follow it.
