To be healthier.
To take time for myself.
To be happier.
To enhance my relatioship with my husband.
My Program:
I am going to lose 1 pounds a week.
I am going to do 10 minutes of strength training 5x per week.
I am only going to stand on the scale once a week.
I am going to plan for 4 fruits and/or vegetalbe daily.
I am going to go walking 30 minutes every day.
I am going to wear at least one piece of jeweller each day.
Personal Information:
I am from Ontario, Canada.
I love Canadian Winters.
Other Information:
I live to swim!
I want to be more fit to swim better.
I love my new puppy and she is my motivator to walk.
