As I look back on 2014 I realize I basically know how to maintain. A recent pulled muscle has prevented me from get to g my 10,000+ steps a day....so the weight is creeping back on. Time to change!

Only endings the old way can do that.

You cannot hold onto the old, all the while declaring that you want something new.

The old will defy the new;

The old will decry the ...
