I'm Amber, mom of 2 girls, looking to lose that baby weight and then some!! To be specific, I re-started the Primal Diet @ 228.8lbs on January 2nd. Its 20 days later and Im already at 212, and I'm looking to get down to 140 & strong. That is my goal.
I have been trying to lose weight for years. Low fat did not work. I tried Primal, and found the energy I have been lacking for years (in dietary fat) but I didn't acknowledge my sugar addiction. ...

I'm Amber, mom of 2 girls, looking to lose that baby weight and then some!! To be specific, I re-started the Primal Diet @ 228.8lbs on January 2nd. Its 20 days later and Im already at 212, and I'm looking to get down to 140 & strong. That is my goal.
I have been trying to lose weight for years. Low fat did not work. I tried Primal, and found the energy I have been lacking for years (in dietary fat) but I didn't acknowledge my sugar addiction.
So here I am, a few pounds heavier (muscle weight from gym training) looking to shed this body fat once and for all.
First, I need to address my sugar addiction. Moderation does NOT work for me. It's like crack. (You don't offer an addict "just one more").
I'm already working out/walking, I just need to get my daily meals tweaked and in sync with my body to shed the body fat.
