Introduction Text My life has changed September 2nd 2016, by that time I had three valve replacement or repair since 2008. I was obese retaining water and my Health was bad. My heart needed a repair but I have to lose weight before the operation doing the operation one repair led to a valve replacement. I was sedated for 10 days didn't know if I was going to live or die. Woke up with a Tracheostomy in my throat could not talk for almost 6 weeks, bedridden for almost 3 months. Had to Wing out of this or I wouldn't talk again, have to have physical therapy to learn to walk again. Had to lose weight by the time Thanksgiving 2016 I was home thanking God and I knew I had to change my life. By March 2017 I found SparkPeople and been there for over 14 months now and my weight is going down from 276 to 223. And I'm still losing to this day slowly and walking slowly but doing it everyday
