Yes mam, the diet does work! I had to come off of it tho for the last month because I have been training for the half marathon and needed the carbs. But I loved it the time I was on it. I am going to start back up on it this week. Do you have any tip for me? I was eating two scrambled eggs in the morning, yogurt and apple for snack, tuna salad for lunch, pear for snack, then yogurt for afternoon snack, then broccoli, salad, and grilled chicken or tilapia/salmon for supper.. what do you usually do? Also the chili recipe in the back is really good!
