Introduction Text I am 57 years old. I have been married to the most wonderful man for 38 years. We have 2 sons, Both in NC. I have 2 grandsons, 2 grandaughters, 1 greatgrandson, 1 greatgrandaughter. I have lost 60 on the 17 Day Diet, (which I love). I have yo yo dieted for the last 20 years. I would lose 60 then gain 70. And guess what , I have done it again. This time I am going to figure out why. I am sure with this site and all of you I will. I have to sayI have not been on here for so long, I am now 62. I did lose the weight, but i have gained it all back plus more. Sometimes life throws you a curve. I had 3 son's, several years ago my oldest had a heart attack and passed away, he was 18. Back to when i was 57 and my 2 son's in North Carolina, one of them call me one day to tell me he has throat cancer, I spiraled out of control. My son is cancer free for a few years and we now live in North Carolina.I am ready to take care of me now and enjoy all the time I can with my family.

I want to be healty, look good, spoil the grandkids,and shop till I drop.



I live in West Virginia and I have always loved this state. As I was growing up, my parents moved around alot, so I have had the privilage to live in or at least travel thru several of the other states. And I have seen some awesome beauty in each and everyone of them.
