Introduction Text I am back because I have failed to keep the weight off. I don't and won't make excuses!!!.

Priority number one is to be healthy, and to look and feel absolutely wonderful. Secondly, to keep wooing the man of my dreams,my husband .

I am keeping it simple. Eating between 1000-1200 calories aday. Exercising most days and drinking 8 glasses of water daily.
