Hi everyone,

I have been struggling to get my weight in check for years. I finally have the drive and ambition to do it! My fear of high blood pressure controlling me is a strong motivation! The extra weight i have on my body is effecting my self-esteem, my health, and it is limiting the things i do now. I dont feel comfortable in my own skin! I feel like the fat girl of the group. I need to do this for me and my family. No more time for excuses only time for results!!!!

it was my honor and priveledge to help you see more clearly how magnificent and divine you already are, wholly and completely.

i've been there before myself. 102 pounds later im inching towards my goal. will power only gets us started, but its only a spectator near the end. willpower sits back and commentates and watches and plays a small role once we learn how much science and strategy there really is to food, those things do all the work and we just push them into play like pieces on a chess board and watch things unfold. and naturally, we make corrections along the way, little adjustments.

our bodies have basically the same design so we are similiar, yet we are unique so we do have different tweaks to make. it has to be fun and exciting to want to do it, upbeat fun music is one of the fastest ways. and drinking a full glass of water first thing waking up is amazing. you'd love learning from shawn stevenson, david wolfe, dan macdonald, even daniel vitalis. dr. oz could learn a ton from these guys, and is starting to, including dr. mercola. the longevity now conference (happens twice a year and this weekend now i think) is the #1 resource for best health on the planet where all the great minds meet for a weekend seminar. shawn has a new podcast about women and uteran fibroids im going to listen to right after this on beewellbuzz podcast. his website is shawnstevensonmodel.com , his info has helped me out so much. the liferegenerator keeps things brutally simple and down to earth really easy explained. like eat fruits in the morning whole, and juice your green veggies. fruits for high energy, salad and lettuce for dinner to calm you back down to relax and get sleep. see how simple he puts it?! he's awesome on youtube.

really though, it was so great a joy to read your comment. i'm very happy i could be a part of that. when we want results and don't get them , for some reason we get down on ourselves, as if our intent and trying wasn't good enough. well that's a bunch of bologny. we're amazing and awesome, that's why we tried so hard in the first place, we're striving for the best life ever and trying to make things work with solutions for things to be great. it's not our fault if the method or strategy didn't work this time, we just had to make an adjustment and new approach. no emotional attachment necessary, it simply just is that way, it is what it is. so we just adjust and voila we find something that works. then we give it our all, understand the ins and outs of it, and apply it the best way we know how, and stack the odds in our favor so we can no longer fail. and that is exactly what is working, that's how the weight comes off, that's how we get healthier, and get our lives back and have the best life ever. part of that process is always being receptive and eager towards learning, when we think we got it all figured out, something new happens and we gotta keep open mind and make tweaks and just do the best we can. right now it seems raw organic fruits and veggies, lots of green leafy veg and herbs, a sprinkle of superfoods, tons of enzymes, plenty of water, and some good omega 3's in a good ratio to omega 6 like dha and efa round off a healthy food regimen to balance deficiencies and maintain optimal health and strong immune system and reverse aging. raw organic fresh in season being very important. and perhaps grounding/earthing as well. stretching, qi gong, light yoga, these are things that benefit everybody, including rebounding, walking, swimming, dancing. these aren't too intense but stir lymph a great deal, everybody needs to keep moving, but not everybody needs to run a marathon. but staying limber and avoiding injury is just intelligent and logical.

I just saw your comment! Sorry it took me so long to get back to you! I have been on Dukan for about 2-21/2 months. I can't quite remember when I started. I love it because it makes my food choices easy and the lack of sugar has honestly taken all of my cravings away! I also love that it helps people transition from phase 2 to 3, and 3 to 4. Thanks for the comment! I added you as a friend!
