Introduction Text Hello Spark Friends; I have struggled with my weight my whole life. I am ready to end this cycle and get healthy. I want to be happy and healthy because it is so exhausting to chase kids and my daughter and be obese. I married the love of my life June 6, 2014.

My goal is to get healthy and loose 140 pounds. I am taking it in 30-50 pounds increments. I am ready to start a new life.

My doctor has me on a 1200/1400 calorie diet. I choose 2 days a week to do 1400 and all the rest are 1200. I also do 1 mile walk at home video 4-5 days a week and do 15-20 minutes of strength training 6-7 days a week. I also love to get outside and walk or bike when the weather is nice.

I am from Burley Idaho and I currently live in the Boise area. I currently suffer with hypothyroidism and diabetes.
