I'd like to be able to walk a mile without discomfort.
My Program:
1. I do a video with Nicole several times a week. Nicole is wonderful and helps me get stronger.
2. I'm using 1-pound weights and intending to increase that weight by the end of 2015.
3. I'm learning about Senior Yoga!
