July Updates
This July I am going back to work coaching but I feel like I am not a good example to the athlete because I am still very overweight, regardless of strength. I really need to get my eating and laziness under control.
I am venturing out and trying new things. I have always enjoyed being athletic and yet I still battle weight issues, fatigue, and eating properly. I am still battling and have not given up yet though.
