My Goals:
#1: Stay healthy!
#2: Get fit.
#3: Increase my stamina and energy.
#4: Lose 5 pounds!

My Program:
 SparkPeople has taught me the wisdom of starting slow and continuing no matter what.... "Just 10 Minutes" has helped me get started again countless times! I had to prioritize elder care over exercise for many months and the pandemic has made fitness even more of a challenge, but I'm still trying to stay reasonably fit.
