    I want to thank you so much for commenting on my recent BLOG that was featured here at Spark People. If in any way I have been able to inspire or motivate you, then I am most pleased. Since reaching my goal weight I have made it a goal to help as many others as I can with their goals to lose weight and get fit.
    For me, making new goals (challenges) is what keeps me accountable, maintaining and healthy. It feels awesome!

    Persist

    Crowd out poor health habits. Choose activity before TV. Eat 3 veggies first for each meal. You will crowd out the less healthy choices.
