Seeking Fitness
Stronger, faster, leaner . . . I can do this!
Not respecting the needs of a healthy system leads to increased weight, lower energy, lower productivity, and generally makes life harder. I value my life and have things that I want to do.
It is time to return to the central premise that with time and effort all things are possible. I am successful in other areas of my life, I WILL SUCCEED at becoming healthier by reducing the weight my system has to support.

Long term: get to and stay at a healthy weight, exact amount tbd, ask me when I'm closer
My Program:
Walk 30 minutes twice a day, 7 days a week.
10k steps every day, however it takes to get there.
Ease back in to running, couch to 5k my way.
If I bite it, I write it.
Personal Information:
With one kid in middle school and one kid in high school things are pretty busy for me right now.
Other Information:
Pay no attention to the man behind the curtain.
