Fitness Minutes: 25

My Goals:
Not to be the size 6-8 I was 20 years ago but to at least get out of the size 20's. Not having to take the million pills for my health problems and no more diabetes needle testing!!! Learn water is my friend and drink 8 glasses a day. Know that this is not short term goals this is a lifetime goal in order to have a very LONG life!!!

My Program:
 My home gym consists of: treadmill
eliptical machine
weights
ball


Personal Information:
I am a 46 year old mother of two daughters, married for 26 years, legal secretary in Atlanta, Georgia. My youngest child is having twins, one boy, one girl in June and my goal is to be healthy and fit to enjoy my time with them and they enjoy having a lively grandma!!
