My Goals:
For 2011 I am going to start regularly exercising a mininum of 30 minutes per day or at least 5 times a week. Also track my food intake daily.
My Program:
I need to be honest with myself in tracking my food.
Also, cut back on the sugar intake.
Finally, not look for an excuse not to exercise. Motivation is a major thing with me not exercising.

I like to read Nora Roberts, watch classic movies, and spend time with my children and Husban.
