Introduction Text October is Breast Cancer Awareness month. Please visit www.komen.org to get information for yourself and your loved ones! Early detection is the key to survival! In the past two years I have changed how I treat myself and in the process losing weight (about 25 lbs), becoming more proud of my body, and learning that I can be that driven person I've always admired has made me addicted to success. I'm not perfect but I'll always dust myself off and try again! I've also found great reward and joy in helping others achieve their wellness goals - let me know if I can help you!

I wear a bodybugg daily to track my calories, use Beachbody programs for at home workouts, do resistance training regularly and NETWORK LIKE CRAZY to be accountable to people.

I just want to keep getting better and I love helping other people do the same. I feel better about myself for taking control and love being able to help others both here on Spark and as a Beachbody coach!
