Introduction Text SINGING THE COOKIE BLUES Just a week before Christmas and all through the house, the cookies are baking, and I feel like a louse. So many days I haven't strayed, but the crumble of cookies have me dismayed. Just one little taste soon leads to two, my diet upset what am I to do? Advice says to satisfy the crave, take one small bite and put the rest away, Easily said but harder to do, my will power is weak, I've got to get a clue. Another wise thought, be mindful and chew, enjoy each and every bite tell guilt to skadoo. Enjoy the holidays but don't over do, the weight is not worth it, and a new wardrobe is in view. Have a happy holiday!
