    Woohooo for the NO CANKLES!!! ;) That is a great sign girl! Congrats on your 5k's and 8k! When I run anything over 5 or 6 miles I do intervals and yes that does burn more calories for sure! That's one of the reasons I have always loved zumba, they are taught to interlace slower dances with faster and juping, using lots of arm movements, all of which help raise your heart rate! Try pumping your arms when you walk too, you may already, but if not try it. I did a lot of speed walking before I started running and using your arms really gets your heart working!

    Good for you and it sounds like to will soon break your little platuea! Maybe try uping your calories a tad for a couple days and see what that does. What you do this week will reflect on the scales next week!

    It has cooled off here some and I love it. The humidity is less so I feel a lot more like getting outside when I can.
