Introduction Text I was inspired by Leslie Sansone to get fit. I was surfing through the internet and on a health site that I used to work for and they had a free video of Leslie. I thought, hmm, ok, I will try this. I liked it. I did it again the next day and the next. After a week, I decided it was time to purchase my own DVD. Then I was hooked. That was six months ago now. I've been wanting to lose weight for awhile, and now because of Leslie, I'm actually DOING something about it. I've always eaten healthy (I'm a vegan), but with all the working out, I realized how sporadic my meals were--so while the meals themselves were good for me--my habits of when I ate were not. So that had to change. I'd like to think I am on the right track. Well, hey, the jeans are finally fitting looser, so that's something right? I'm also the proud mama of four lovely kitties (ok, three adorable social cats and one who is painfully shy and hides under the bed and never comes out except to eat, but only if no humans are around), three doggies, and two aquariums. My fur babies mean the world to me.
