Introduction Text Starting again on as a new user. Trying to rein in my comfort eating and my mood swings. Fed up with the COVID mess we’re living in Starting 2021 with a goal of zero visits to A&E Nothing changes from when I updated for the winter challenge except I’m going to try harder to stay on track 15/3/21

Lose 1 lb per week to 9 st in 2021 Eat more slowly. Be less temperamental

Plan meals to allow for treats Plan and do exercise to allow the treats.

66 yr old single female with osteoporosis Sharing home with mum 90 and till we get free of COVID restrictions my 78 yr old friend. So wish we could get back to church and normal shopping

Hobbies include Knitting Crossstitch Walking
