    Through my job, I have access to a monthly meeting with a nutritionist. She has a Body Composition Scale. It measures weight but also the density of the body and calculates what's muscle, fat, water, bone, etc. and provides a comprehensive read out; so I know exactly how much muscle vs fat I have. It's a fantastic machine. You can purchase a BC Scale, but they are a bit expensive. Many Drs offices have them and if you have a college nearby their health/nutrition program might have one you can use (it's worth a call). I've found its helpful in figure out what my realistic, ideal weight will be, also it helps when I plateau, because I can see that I'm building muscle and losing fat even if the weight isn't changing.

    ...128 was my lowest after my 1st. Ive lost 8 lbs this go 'round lol. Pre baby was 120 (if only lol) good luck to u. I had to learn alot about myself along the way to be successful.

    I started at 167 in sept 2015... so 33 lbs. I lost 20 in 3 months but I've been fighting for every ounce since. I got seriously determined march 20 this year. Set out a very specific game plan & FINALLY! I haven't been below 135 since my 2nd son..
