Ok back again.....
Like my Spark Buddy said " Starting Over"..... !!!
I don't even know what to put in here... Why do I have to start over, why did I stop ?
I just know I miss the support from the friends and people in this group. I think support really helps, especially on those days when you really need a Kick in the Butt ...
I am starting with small changes, back to tracking water/food and consistent in exercising... was doing great a couple of months ago ...
