I am a 36 year old mother of two (18 & almost 15). I joined SP in Aug 2010, with about 70lbs to lose. I lost almost 45 of that, then life struck... I am refocusing on myself again, because I am sick and tired of always feeling icky and worn out.

Update: 8 12 13 - I almost got to goal weight in June, but now life has dealt me a pretty big blow. Stress is maxed right now, and sleep and workouts are at a minimum (almost 0). I am still trying to track my food (some days are better than others) and I am watching the scale. I have had up to 7 pounds flux over the last 3 weeks or so, but all things considered, as long as it fluxes down too, I really am not worrying about it.

Update: 1 11 15 - Ugh. I have gained back more of the weight I worked so hard to lose. With a new job, my time is limited, but I am finding that the clothes I got rid of, vowing never to be that size again, I am now missing. I cannot afford to buy new clothes, so I have to stop the gaining and start the losing again. I am hoping that I can get back on the bandwagon, start putting my health first again, and get the weight back off.

My Goals:
Goal #1: lose 37 more lbs.

Goal #2: improve self esteem/minimize stress and depression.

Goal #3: look great in a bikini again.

My Program:
Update 4 30 13 - my eating is still about the same as below, but because I have started school full time, along with working full time, I am down to working out 2 days per week. I try to make 1 Zumba class and 1 weight workout each week, with the potential for a run on the weekends.

Started eating salads at lunch, instead of fast food or whatever the cafeteria had as the special. I started drinking green tea instead of soda and I carry a water bottle with me every day.

I don't eat many fried foods anymore, and fast food = salad or 6' Subway. I started eating more fresh veggies at home. I have started logging my food, keeping track of calories as well as fat/carb/protein ratios.

Cardio and weight training 5 days a week. This includes Zumba classes, Turbo Jam videos, a treadmill, free weights and a Pilates machine.
