I'm 58 now and am enjoying being more fit. I have met my goal weight and am now working on maintaining that weight. My DH is enjoying my new skinny figure and is now losing weight and trying to get healthier too. :-)

    Thanks for the dinner. We actually did go out as there is a Mongolian grill here that you can get their buffet for free on your birthday.
    Tomorrow we are going to a concert with a couple in our church. His birthday is on the 8th, so this is a combined birthday celebration.

    Thanks for the metal! It was another accomplishment for me to finish this race. DH did a 24K bike ride at the same time.
