Somethin for me...
My main motivation right now is the fact that I have no energy and no clothes that fit.... Gotta start somewhere. Well starting over will be hard... I need to do this for me. Tracking is a priority and necessary for me, enough is enough, NO EXCUSES!

My Goals:
To fit into at least some of the clothes in the closet... There are way too many to get rid of.
My Program:
The big thing for me is to track what I eat so that I am more aware of what I am eating. I committed to going for a walk every day, doesn't have to be long - just a walk.
Personal Information:
I live in Northern Canada which means that going for a walk for 7 months of the year means lots of layers...
I am married (15 years), have a 17 year old son that is away at school and a small dog that loves walking & car rides.
