The number on the scale is only one indicator of wellness. No matter what my weight is, I can improve my health by being physically active and eating healthy.
I am choosing to live a healthy lifestyle. What I lose today in weight will be gained in other ways tomorrow. I may fall back time and again, but I'm heading in the right direction.
