Introduction Text I’m a 65 year old Grammy with a wonderful husband and family. I have also been overweight my entire life. My mobility is limited ( except in pool!) I am looking to change my eating to be more healthy.

To eat more healthy and find ways to exercise when pool is not available. During fall and winter, use my cycle and p-bars for sit-to -stand exercises: 1) Start with 4 days per week with one or the other or mix for 10 minutes. 2) Get up every two hours and do something that causes me to breathe “heavy”. 3) Reduce white sugars and flours starting with: cereals, breads and pasta a 4) read my Bible and journal every day 5) Maintain 30 min. exercise 6 days a week through December 2) At the start of November, go to 5 days per week, 10 minutes

Exercise as stated above; Decreasing calorie levels down 100 points at he beginning of November.

I am a Christian who is trying to let God control every area of my life. I also have limited mobility due to bone-on-bone arthritis in right hip, right thumb and shoulder. I have been overweight and trying to lose since I was 5 when my genetics kicked in??. I have lost and gained back a number of times. My goal now is just to get healthier and hopefully lose weight in the process.
