Saw you needed support on the Grandmas team. You have been doing really well, but I know what you mean. Once you get sidetracked it is very hard to get back in the groove. I am also there. I just keep telling myself to keep going and if I can't get back in complete control today at least I have started and then build on that. I am slowly getting back and so can you!! Congrats on making the medication goal...it's things like that that make the weightloss so perfect. I just discovered the section of rail trail in Andover...It's pretty cool, I think I'll be hitting that at least once a week this summer...nice and level, good for working on the jogging. The other trails--ragged/sunapee/etc I'd like to start checking out. But with a nervous hubby, I'm still trying to break him in, lol. He doesn't like if I go alone/yet gets nervouse about groups and strangers. But they are on my list of wannadoes.
