Congrats on making the medication goal...it's things like that that make the weightloss so perfect. I just discovered the section of rail trail in Andover...It's pretty cool, I think I'll be hitting that at least once a week this summer...nice and level, good for working on the jogging. The other trails--ragged/sunapee/etc I'd like to start checking out. But with a nervous hubby, I'm still trying to break him in, lol. He doesn't like if I go alone/yet gets nervouse about groups and strangers. But they are on my list of wannadoes.
