I took a little break from tracking food and exercising during the holidays and want to get back on track. :/ My waistline definitely reflects my lack of activity!! I also started graduate school in January, and with more time devoted to that, it's more important than ever that I make healthy food choices. I strive to not look at it as restricting myself, but making the healthier choice when it comes to food. It's a struggle, because I really love food and I have a huge sweet tooth that is sometimes out of control! I try to walk 30 minutes everyday over my lunch hour.

Massage is a big part of my life. I have been getting regular weekly massages for the last 5 years, and I think there are numerous benefits to my physical and emotional health.

I would like to have friends on here for motivation and support, and I will do the same for you!

My Goals:
Eat less junk!
Daily yoga
Walk at least 30 minutes a day
Drink 8 glasses of water a day
Eat more fruits and veggies

My Program:
I try to walk at least 30 minutes everyday, and don't have trouble meeting this goal. I usually use my lunchtime to walk. I would like to work up to jogging soon. I see a massage therapist on a weekly basis. I use the food tracker to track my meals, which I love! I am beginning to use more Spark Recipes.
