Hi ... I'm 58 yrs. old and disabled. Since being disabled due to back issues that cause me to have mobility issues also. I have gained a lot of weight ... 98 lbs that need to be gone to hit my goal weight. I'm finding so much information, motivation and help from SparkPeople.

To become healthier and to be able to be taken off some of my medications.
To live a better life than what I have now.

Following a Diabetic & Low Carb plan.

Keeping with a fitness plan that I can do with my back disability & chronic pain issue.
