To lose 100 pounds

Eat right, exercise, and drink lots of water.

My name is Lilly and I live in Littlerock, CA.

I work full time at Technicolor doing 5S (organization for efficiency). I have three children. My oldest is 19 and enlisted in the Army Reserves. He is currently in South Carolina (at Fort Jackson) in boot camp. My 17 year old just enlisted in the Navy in the EOD (bomb squad) program. He has to graduate first, so he will not leave for boot camp until 7/30/08 :) He is extremly excited. My youngest (daughter) is planning on becoming a director and is planning on attending either UCLA or USC. I recently lost my way in my weight loss journey, however, since my son is training for when he leaves next year, he has all of us training too. My daughter and mom attend Curves with me and I also plan to walk at work and do some workouts with my son.
