Introduction Text My name is Amber I'm 34. I am a wife and a mother of a 9 yr old daughter. Just want to be a feel healthy. I want to be able to keep up with my daughter. I want to show her healthy ways to eat and live. Hopefully, then she will lead a healthy life as well. We have been trying for a second child, but it hasn't taken yet. I believe my weight is the biggest problem. Hoping after I have lost some weight we will be on our way to a bigger family.

1. Stop eating when full not stuffed 2. Stick to my low carb diet 3. Stick to my exercise program 4. At least 30 min of house cleaning a day

1. Under 100g carbs a day 2. Strength training Sat and Tues 3. 20 min at home spin class Sun, Mon, and Wed
