A little bit about me.
Hi everyone, I'm married with 3 grown up children: one married with a little boy and a brand new baby girl, one engaged to be married with a little boy and baby girl and one living with his girlfriend.
I put on about 4 stones over the last 7 years ago and I am still trying to get rid of it.. It is proving harder than I thought to stay on track and I seem to be going 2 steps forward and 1 step back. I've taken part in a few challenges in the past and have had a couple of years ...

I've taken part in a few challenges in the past and have had a couple of years off - still in touch with some of my original SP buddies though.

My Goals:
I want to lose at least 30lb and be a lot healthier but10lb this spring would be a great start.
My Program:
I am trying to stick to the calories given me and to do most of the exercise.
During the Coronavirus lockdown I have begun exercising 50 minutes most days, walking for 30 minutes and gentle aerobics for 20. It's still tough and I can feel how unfit I am.
My fitbit is a life-saver and I wear it everywhere.
I still like the Rosemary Conley approach to diet and exercise as it worked well for me in the past so this is how I intend proceeding. Reducing portion size is one of my main aims.

I adore my family, reading, raising chickens and gardening. I help to run a choir. Oh, and I love socialising!
