Introduction Text E komo mai (Welcome), to my journey! I'm not following anybody's tracks, I'm making my own baby! - Picabo Street 3/2017... After being away for a few years, I'm back and pushing for a different tomorrow.. honoring the space between no longer and not yet and realizing it's all on me. 2/2018 - My Mom is now my angel. To be as healthy as possible so I can focus on enjoying life!

Since joining in 2009, my way of eating has gone from vegetarian to whole, unrefined or minimally processed plant foods (fruits, veggies, tubers, whole grains, beans, legumes, some nuts and seeds), with an emphasis on starchy vegetables. It excludes all animal protein including dairy and eggs, and highly refined foods like bleached flour, white sugar, and oils. And just in case you're wondering where I get my protein, all plant foods have protein. As far as exercise, twenty to thirty minutes most days. Totally digging these.. If your lifestyle doesn't control your body... your body will eventually control your lifestyle.- unknown Nobody needs to prove to anybody what they're worthy of, just the person that they look at in the mirror.
